Tooting Works is a 46,000 sq/ft space providing over 90 affordable office spaces, for a diverse range of businesses.

Our Tenants

From pest control to jerk chicken to celebrity event organisers, we have a plethora of tenants in our building – from start-ups that have just joined, to fully established organisations that have been with us for 20+ years.

Community Asset

Tooting Works’ mission is to develop vibrant community assets which support local people, businesses and organisations across London to succeed. Internally, we are creating a trading community in which tenants and clients support each other.

We work closely with a variety of stakeholders such as Wandsworth council, educational institutions and faith-based, voluntary and community groups.

Income generated by Tooting Works is used to fund and resource the work of

Business Launchpad, our sister charity.

Our Dedication to Young People

Our sister charity Business Launchpad (BLP), has supported young people across London to become the next generation of founders, especially those who face multiple hurdles, since 1988.

Thanks to the profits from Tooting Works, BLP provides business programmes, masterclasses, events and networking to enable young entrepreneurs to flourish.

Across our community, we openly welcome give back and encourage our tenants to do the same. Whether it’s facilitating a session, mentoring a young person or attending Business Launchpad’s events, our aim is to be a community hub for creative entrepreneurs and innovators.
